Clarence Jazz Festival Day 4
Use your slippers to get down with a soft shoe shuffle at hot Tuesday’s twilight concerts. With a battery of traditional jazz and a twist of Eastern Europe, it pairs well with a local, dry riesling.
- 6-7pm: The Moonshines
- This trio pay tribute to a speakeasy era and play timeless jazz classics that leave you itching for a martini.
- 7-8pm: Dan the Band
- A feature set by Clarence Jazz Ambassador at large, Dan Barnett and his trombone, he’s combined with some of his favourite locals to lash Lindisfarne.
- 6-7pm: Seratones
- With a whirling Leslie and wide body strumming, this trio delves into great old grooves and creates an alchemical compound.
- 7-8pm: Gypsy 3 0
- Sashaying through a repertoire of European inspired jazz, this trio leads a dance of instruments around the maypole.
