Festival of Voices presents: Shaun Kirk

Shaun is one of Australia’s most explosive blues and soul performers. He picked up his first guitar at the age of 16 – his mum left it in his bedroom to hopefully spark some inspiration. It worked, and he soon wrote his first song at 17 and a few years later his debut album. Shaun has a killer voice and is a seriously good guitarist, harmonica player and foot percussionist. He’s a one-man band that makes it all look so easy. His raspy voice hits all the right notes and he plays with an energy that gets crowds involved in the performance.
