Swinging Christmas at Rosny Farm 2023

Grab the whole family, a picnic blanket, and some special things to eat and drink and join us for the ever-popular annual Clarence Swinging Christmas event.  

We are thrilled to once again be bringing back this popular, free, family-friendly event which will see the much-loved Hot Christmas House Band give everyone’s favourite Christmas tunes a jazz makeover.

With a sack-full local legends appearing throughout the evening and our singing MC, Andrew Colrain, guiding the evening with his classic warmth and style – the 2024 Swinging Christmas is sure to be an evening to remember.

Complete with a full rhythm and horn section, the Hot Christmas House Band is set to be joined by a stellar lineup – the event’s biggest so far – of renowned musical guests including Maria Lurighi, Trey L’Trash, Katy Raucher, Prophecy Mudzingwa, Blythe Tait, Elly Hoyt, Dana Badcock, Rose Ottavi-Kokkoris, the incredible 2024 Clarence Jazz Festival Scholars, and maybe even the grinch!

Santa himself is also slated to make a rockstar entrance and don’t worry, he has promised that his naughty elves won’t forget his lollies this year!

BYO picnic basket, rugs, and festive food and drinks. A range of delicious hot drinks and sweet treats will also be available for purchase.  

Hobart City Mission will be accepting gold coin donations on the night.
