Take a walk back in time to discover the locations where some of our most iconic colonial artists painted and drew the growing city of Hobart Town. With the help of Senior Curator of Art from TMAG, Mary Knights, this walk will try to locate the spots where some of the most recognizable pictures of Hobart were created. The walk will finish at the Rosny Barn, where participants will be able to see the exhibition Glover in Arcadia curated around contemporary responses to the works of John Glover, and meet some of the artists involved.
A Tasmanian Heritage Festival event.
A light lunch will be provided at the end of the walk.
