The Sunnycoasters group is a continuation from the Max Angus and John Traynor “Artventure” group started in the 1980’s. Because the group did not want to abandon this great concept they simply moved from the Bay of Fires to Orford. (2006) The Sunnycoatsers are motivated by ‘en plein air’ painting and watercolour, although they use a variety of other mediums.
